When you think of bagels, almost immediately, cream cheese comes to mind, but that wasn’t always the case. Even as recently as the 1980s and 1990s, many Jewish delis and bagel shops didn’t even consider serving a bagel with cream cheese, much less one of the delicious spreads like those we make and serve at Rosenfeld’s.
