How do I place an order?

You can place an order online through our website which uses DoorDash, as well as through the GrubHub or Uber Eats apps. You can also order in-store. We do not accept orders by phone, text or email.

Is your bakery/are all of your foods, Kosher?

Yes, our bakery is KVH Kosher Certified. You can find our certificate here

Do you have Parve items?

Yes, we do. Parve items are indicated in their menu descriptions.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We provide delivery through DoorDash, GrubHub and Uber Eats. You must order through those apps to schedule delivery.

Do you cater?

While we do not provide full-service catering with staff, we do have a selection of build-your-own platters that are perfect for small gatherings. Please order at least 24 hours in advance of your event to allow us time to assemble your platters and also to ensure availability of your items.

Do you have seating? Can I eat at your restaurant? 

Sorry, no we do not have space in our shop for you to stay and enjoy your meal. We are strictly a grab-and-go shop.

Do you have gift cards? 

Yes, we do have gift cards available for purchase in-store ONLY. Note that Rosenfeld’s Bagels gift cards can only be used in-store.

Can I order in advance for holidays and/or special occasions? 

Yes. You may order up to 2 WEEKS in advance, but please note that during busy times of the year (such as national and religious holidays) our pre-orders tend to fill quickly.

Why isn’t my favorite item available today? 

We bake everything fresh. With limited capacity and high demand for many items, it’s very common that we sell out of some items frequently. To ensure your favorites’ availability, place your order early. 

I love your products, but have moved away. Do you ship them?

No, we do not ship our baked goods. Over the years, we’ve tested many different ways of shipping our products, but nothing has ensured the quality standards that we demand.
