A traditional Eastern European breakfast roll, bialys are delicious for breakfast or anytime you’d like a warm and savory treat. On its own, or as a side, a bialy is an easy and simple bread to serve. While delicious at room temperature, nothing compares to the flavor and crisp, chewy texture of these rolls fresh from the oven. Luckily, bialys reheat quite easily. Simply place on a baking sheet in a preheated, 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes until the roll is heated through and the crust is slightly crisp. If you wish, serve with some olive or flavored oil and kosher salt for an extra special treat. (Our taste testers find a little truffle oil and/or truffle salt add an especially decadent and delicious touch!)
