Rosenfeld’s Featured in Cook’s Illustrated Magazine


We were so thrilled when acclaimed chef, America’s Test Kitchen cast member and Cook’s Illustrated editor, Lan Lam paid a visit to our kitchen to learn more about how we make our award-winning challah. Now we’re honored to announce that she enjoyed her visit so much that we received mention in her latest article, “Our Favorite Challah”, which is featured in the May 2019 issue of Cook’s Illustrated. 

In particular, Lam discusses the benefits of our unique braiding method for Challah and how it consistently produces a “loftier loaf.” Check out the article in the print issue (there’s a copy hanging in our store, if you need one) with a step-by-step guide to how we like to braid and see Lam’s personal recipe for this traditional bread.
