Temp Donation Request

Rosenfeld’s Bagels has always believed in giving back to our local community. We receive many requests from wonderful organizations throughout the year, and while we do our best to accommodate as many as possible, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible to ensure we can fulfill requests.

All organizations must complete the Donation Request Form below and provide acknowledgement of the donation in writing by email or by letter (for tax purposes). You will be contacted by a team member from the store about your donation and our ability to fulfill it. If you do not hear back from us within 2 business days, please feel free to email us at bagels@rosenfeldsbagels.com to inquire about the status of your request.

Donation Information
We offer three types of donations, gift cards, advertising placement or in-kind donations.

We will provide two $25 Gift Cards. These MUST be requested at least 7 days in advance. Pickup in-store during regular business hours is required, we do not mail gift cards.
We will provide B&W or color artwork in PDF format for a ¼ page (or smaller) ad from our standard options. All requests must be received at least 7 days in advance of artwork due date. In the event that your organization is supplying artwork, it must be provided at least 7 days in advance of publication and requires approval by Rosenfeld’s owner or marketing team prior to use
- Bagels and cream cheese will be all plain or an assortment of available flavors at the time of pickup. We cannot guarantee any special requests. Donation items will be available for pick-up during normal business hours. WE DO NOT DELIVER DONATIONS. If your event happens on a day we are closed or after our normal business hours, you must pick up your donation during our business hours prior to your event.
- Please note that we do not recommend serving bagels more than 24 hours after pickup, and all cream cheese must be refrigerated immediately after pickup.
- If you do not pick up your donation by the end of your scheduled pick-up day, it will be donated to the local food pantry.
