An Important Update to Store Policies for COVID-19

As we continue to navigate this unprecedented event, we are making additional enhancements to our store and how we operate to keep you and our employees safe and healthy while still providing the high quality food and service you’ve come to expect from Rosenfeld’s. We greatly appreciate your feedback and continued support of our business. Based on your feedback, as well as expert guidance from public health officials and our merchant partners, we’ve made the following changes to further enhance your safety and convenience:

Social distancing accommodations at the register. We are installing Plexiglass shields and a table in front of the registers at our checkout counter to increase social distancing and safety for you and our team. These measures are in addition to the enhanced safety and hygiene practices we previously put in place.

Improvements to our curbside pickup process. In an effort to increase efficiency and improve social distancing measures, we’ve instituted two new policies for curbside pickup orders. First, all customers requesting curbside pickup will receive a DEDICATED call-in number when they place their orders. This number will ONLY be used for texting or calling a Rosenfeld’s team member when you arrive to pick up your order, expediting this process greatly. You will also have the option of requesting no-contact pickup of your order. Just let us know when you arrive that you’d prefer no contact pickup and we will place your order on the patio pickup table for you.

Improvements to ordering via delivery apps. We want to thank everyone who has placed an order through the various delivery apps now available to you. The response has been overwhelming! With so many people utilizing these services currently, we know that wait times can sometimes be longer than you’d like. With that in mind, we are now making curbside pickup available through these apps as well, allowing you to significantly cut your wait time, as well as avoiding any applicable delivery fee. Curbside pickup will soon be made available through DoorDash, GrubHub and Uber Eats

New to delivery services?

If you’ve never used a delivery service before, here are some instructions from Lifewire about how to use GrubHub, how DoorDash works, or how to place your UberEats order.
